About WorldLeaders

Meet Carol.

A certified early childhood educator who believes every child — every kind of child — can grow confident, capable, and understood.

Carol Wang, founder of WorldLeaders

Hi, I’m Carol — the founder of WorldLeaders. I’m a certified Early Childhood Educator, and I’ve spent more than a decade teaching young children across China and Canada.

My work has always come back to one belief: children aren’t “good” or “difficult” — they’re communicating. When we slow down and ask what a child needs, and shape the environment around them, remarkable things happen. That’s just as true for a child with special or sensory needs as for anyone else.

WorldLeaders is where I share that approach with families and educators — warm, practical, strengths-based, and free of stigma.

Specialised support for special, sensory needs, and social-emotional growth, through nature, sensory play, and calm, structured routines.

In the community

Support that started with neighbours.

Before WorldLeaders was a website, it was weekly sessions I ran for children in my own community — including kids with mild ADHD and other special needs — simply because families needed practical, judgement-free help. That’s still the heart of everything here.
